Velvet Flow
Learn to freestyle and come up with your own choreography! This class combines Basewerk and freestyle. The instructor will show you some movements at the beginning of class. Then give you time to put the movements together, to music, in your own way. All levels are welcome, but we do recommend you have some prior experience. *This class is currently only offered at our Phoenix location.
Roller Pole
Bring your roller skates and kneepads to skate around the pole!
The instructor will guide you through a combination of spins on the pole and floorwork. Then you’ll have the chance to put it all together to music! This class is beginner friendly, and no experience necessary.
There are no roller skates at the studio, so please bring your own. We do have some kneepads you can use or purchase. *This class is currently only offered at our Phoenix location.
