Hello Purple Rain Divas!
Thank you for being part of the Purple Rain Pole Fitness Family. In our efforts to provide the best possible experience at Purple Rain, we implemented some new policies effective March 29th 2021.
Please take a moment to review the following, if you have questions feel free to contact us via email, call studio at 602 374-2897 or speak to a Purple Rain team member during your next visit to Purple Rain Pole Fitness.
CLASS REGISTRATION & CANCELLATIONS:
- If you register for a class and are unable to attend, please cancel your class on the Mind Body app to allow a fellow Pole Diva to attend classes.
- If you put yourself on the waitlist and decide you will no longer be able to attend the selected class, please remove yourself off the waitlist.
- Class must be cancelled by 1:00pm on the day of class Monday-Thursday.
- For our Saturday class, please cancel 2 hours before class start time.
- Classes that are not cancelled within the required time-period will be forfeited
LATE ARRIVALS TO CLASS:
- For your safety and to ensure that you are properly warmed up prior to your pole session, there will be a 15-min maximum grace period for class entry following class start time. Arrivals after the 15-min grace period will result in forfeit of their class participation as well as class sign up/purchase.
- In order to respect class attendees and instructors, there will be a 10-minute maximum grace period for class entry to Deep stretch, Pilates and Yoga. Doors will be locked 10 mins following the start time as not to disrupt synergy of the class..
UNLIMITED CLASS MEMBERS:
We expanded our class schedule to ensure everyone will have the opportunity to enjoy classes at Purple Rain.
- Ladies who have unlimited class packages; we ask that you limit your sign up to 2 pole classes on Monday’s and Wednesday’s.
- This applies to Monday and Wednesday ONLY, there is no limit for class sign up on Thursday or Saturday classes.
