intro to Pole

Intro to Pole is designed for brand new students that are interested in trying pole for the first time. This class focuses on how to walk around the pole, some beginner floor work, and a few spins. Newbies start here!

Beginner Pole Babes
Beginner Pole Tricks

Climb & Spin

Once students have taken a few Intro to Pole classes, they can advance to Climb & Spin.  This class focuses on important conditioning to be able to climb as well as some more intermediate spins.

Level 2

Level 2 is for students that have mastered their climb and are ready to take their skills to the next level!  Leve 2 focuses on upright poses from climbs as well as invert conditioning and some beginner inverted poses from an upright position,


Pole Dance Diva

Invert & Hang

Invert & Hang is for students that have taken Level 2 and are ready for the more tricky tricks.  This class includes conditioning for inverts as well as some beginner inverted poses.

Bendy Bish

Ready to be a bendy queen?  This class is perfect for students that want to improve their flexibility!  This grounded class will work on splits and back flexibility with an experienced instructor.

Open Pole Practice

Our doors are open for you to refine your skills, and practice what you’ve learned during classes. Please note there is no instructor during this 60-minute class.

Basewerk 1

Explore low flow and floor movements in Basewerk 1.  Choreography is changed every 2 weeks, so there are always new techniques to practice! Wear your sexiest pole ensemble and have fun with it! Knee pads and/or Yoga pants highly recommended. This is a shoe friendly class so strap on your favorite pole shoe (or socks) and come ready to get sexy!
